How quickly can you start?
After a free site assessment we can often have a plan in place within days. Urgent coverage may be possible. Call us and we will tell you straight away what we can do.
How will I know what my guards are doing?
Through clear reports. You can opt to receive an activity report after each shift and a separate incident report, with photos and times, whenever something needs your attention, without having to ask.
How much does security cost?
It depends on the hours, number of guards and technology involved. After the free assessment we provide a written quote with clear pricing and no hidden fees.
Am I locked into a long contract?
We prefer to earn your business every month. Terms are flexible and explained up front, in writing.
What happens if a guard cannot make a shift?
We arrange cover immediately and let you know before you have to ask. Reliable shift coverage is a core promise of our service.
Which areas do you serve?
We serve Toronto, the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding regions. If your site is outside our usual area, contact us and we will let you know what is possible.
What kind of reports will I receive?
You can opt to receive an activity report after every shift covering patrols, checks, visitors and notes. Anything unusual gets its own incident report with photos, times and the actions taken. Reports are delivered by email or online, on the schedule you choose.
